INSTRUCTIONS

The SM series screw compressors are designed with weatherproof features for any outdoor construction applications. It has combined safety with outstanding durability in the most demanding environments. The SM series features an explosion-proof switch and can be used on mining surfaces or directly underground where gas outbursts may occur. Since fewer pipelines are needed to supply gas from the ground to the underground, there is decreased pressure loss from transfer, decreased leakage loss, and decreased gas loss caused by the condensation of water from decline of compressed gas temperature in the long pipelines. The easy-access design lowers maintenance costs while the top-quality components deliver the utmost reliability and maximum uptime.

Features

The modulation control valve maximizes intake efficiency and decreases energy consumption.

The airend is connected to the main motor through flexible coupling. With reliable connectivity, transmission efficiency is improved. The design and the light-weight parts also allow for easier motor lubrication and on-site maintenance.

Setting the on and off temperature between 67-72 °C ensures that the returning oil temperature is above the dew point, therefore avoiding potential damage to the rotors and bearings due to the emulsification of the lubricating oil.

The oil filter removes metallic particles and sludge from the lubricant, therefore maximizing the rotors’ and bearings’ life expectancy.

The large heat exchange area greatly improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the machine, helps to achieve optimal oil temperature control, and ensures good heat dissipation of each component.
