The SG series screw compressors are designed with weatherproof features for any outdoor construction applications. It has combined safety with outstanding durability in the most demanding environments. The easy-access design lowers maintenance costs, while the top-quality components deliver the utmost reliability and maximum uptime.

Features

The modulation control valve maximizes intake efficiency and decreases energy consumption.

The oil filter removes metallic particles and sludge from the lubricant, therefore maximizing the rotors’ and bearings’ life expectancy.

After gravity oil separation, cyclonic separation, and impact separation from using the SG series air-oil separator, the oil particle size is controlled at 0.1μm and the oil content is controlled at under 3PPm. The higher volume oil cylinder allows for a more stable air supply and a better oil filtering effect.

Both the inlet and exhaust port are equipped with protective nets that prevent the risk of small animals or debris from entering the machine during field operation.

The large heat exchange area greatly improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the machine, helps to achieve the optimal oil temperature control, and ensures good heat dissipation of each component.
