The Fusheng SAV series employs a sophisticated and patented helical rotor tooth design. By combining a specially-made one-piece casing. an intelligent variable-frequency drive, and a control system, the Fusheng screw series compressor is able to feature high levels of efficiency, low energy consumption, and constant loading. It runs on 22kW to 220kW horsepower with a discharge volume ranging from 1.30m3/min to 42.0m3/min (operating pressures from 7.0kg/cm2G to 13.0kg/cm2G) and meets the international energy efficiency standards. The well-balanced, low vibration, quiet, and overall ergonomic designs enable easy maintenance and space planning, featuring the advanced and thoughtful design of the high-efficiency flow field in the cooling channel and high-precision oil filter. The specially designed variable-frequency drive and FUZZY output feedback control can automatically adjust energy consumption based on the actual operating conditions to save more than 30% of operating costs. The SAV series screw air compressor comes with a computerized self-diagnostic safety protection feature and it is an industrial grade compressor designed for wide industrial applications.

The Fusheng SAV series is verified by TUV Rheinland, a third-party testing laboratory. The design of the compressed air system is based on the five elements (the 5 S’s) that we want our products to provide for the customers - security protection (Safety), ease of Service (Service), stability and reliability (Stable), the international certification (Specification - compliant) and Energy Saving (Cost Saving).

High Performance Airends &ndash The rotors are manufactured with special techniques developed from Fusheng’s R&D center in Germany and are 100% reliable for continuous operation. The upgraded high-end gear tooth allows for high capacity usage and energy-saving demands. The optimized air suction design maximizes rotor usage to improve compression efficiency.

The airend is driven by the main motor via a gear set instead of a belt and pulley, therefore reducing the loss of power transmission. The direct driven airend and drivetrain work together with the IE3 ultra high-efficiency motor to create a high-performance system.

e-COOL™ is environmentally &ndash friendly technology that combines a smart compressor layout, strategic component selection and location, and cooling airflow and operation to minimize the impact of temperature on a compressor’s efficiency and reliability. A combination of high efficiency front-tilted centrifugal fans and independent cooling channels are adopted in the design to guarantee strong forced convection and cooling effects. The decreased thermal stress extends the life of components and lowers internal compressor temperatures, resulting in better volumetric and electrical efficiency.

VSD Models &ndash The SAV Series are suitable for working conditions where the demand for air volume at the gas end varies over time. The variable frequency unit can adjust the speed according to the actual air volume demand, allowing it to reduce energy consumption by over 35%. When a change in frequency is required, the motor starts smoothly and does not produce peak current. A multi-machine controller can be used to make adjustments according to the actual running situation. By combining the operation of variable frequency air compressors and power frequency air compressors, users can avoid frequent air compressor starts and stops, which damages equipment, and reduce the impact on the power grid to achieve an economic and stable operation state.

The variable-frequency drive is designed to reduce electric power loss in no-load operation and load/no-load conversion, air-loss during condensate discharge in load/no-load conversion, pressure loss during fluctuation, and power loss caused by pipe leakage(s) for better energy-efficiency.

Variable-frequency drive devoted controllers with FUZZY output feedback control system allow for computerized self-diagnostic safety protection features.
